Privacy & image requests
People matter more than the archive.
Matrimony Day is a personal wedding-memory project. It is not an advertising network, a facial-recognition product, or a source of personal data for sale.
What is public
The stories and photographs displayed on this site can be viewed by anyone with the address. Public images can be saved or shared by visitors; browser controls cannot make a public photograph impossible to copy.
Complete albums are marked to discourage search and image indexing while a private sharing option is developed. That instruction reduces discovery but is not access control.
What remains private
Original photographer deliveries and source archives are stored separately from the public site. Public copies are resized derivatives with location, camera, copyright, and other embedded metadata removed.
The site does not currently offer accounts, guest uploads, advertising, behavioral profiles, or third-party analytics.
Operational records
The hosting platform may process ordinary request information—such as an IP address, requested path, response status, and timing—to deliver the site, detect abuse, and diagnose failures. Access records are kept briefly and are not used for advertising.
Request an image review or removal
If you appear in a photograph and would like it reviewed, hidden, or removed, email privacy@matrimony.day. Please include the page address and enough context to identify the image.
We will acknowledge a request, verify it as reasonably necessary, and favor the privacy and safety of the people pictured.
Before this becomes a service
No other couple’s photographs will be accepted until private sharing, explicit content authority, deletion and export procedures, retention limits, and clear service terms are in place.
